Timothy Kemper

Timothy Kemper

CEO


As the CEO of the company, Tim is responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of development, including acquisition, financing, and execution of residential projects, as well as setting the strategic direction for the company. Under his leadership, the company has successfully developed over 2,000 lots of residential developments and has a growing pipeline of projects in the Southeast.


Prior to joining the company, Tim was a Partner at a national accounting and investment banking firm where he specialized in capital raise for real estate and renewable energy transactions. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Tim has underwritten more than $20 billion in real estate and renewable energy projects, and has worked with a variety of investors, including private equity funds, corporate and government pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and high net worth individuals. Tim's expertise and experience are invaluable assets to the company, and his leadership has been instrumental in the company's success.


Tim received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.

Katy Breazeale

Katy J. Breazeale, C.P.A.

Chief Financial Officer


Katy Breazeale serves as the Chief Financial Officer of CRD, overseeing the financial functions of the company at every stage, from acquisition to closing and the final sale of each lot. Katy's expertise and experience enable her to quickly and accurately analyze the financial aspects of potential projects, identifying strengths and weaknesses to determine viability. She is responsible for forecasting cash flow, underwriting, and preparing financial projections for each project, as well as overseeing all accounting, tax, and audit functions for the company.


As a leader of Castlebridge's finance initiatives, Katy is instrumental in developing and implementing the company's overall financial strategies. Her extensive experience includes analyzing financial projections under partnership tax guidelines, financial structuring, and modeling of complex real estate and renewable energy transactions. She has held accounting, tax, and advisory roles across multiple industries, including affordable housing, conventional multi-family, senior housing, commercial and mixed-use developments, renewable energy, re-development, and historic properties.


Katy received a Master’s degree in Accounting from Auburn University.

Albert Comeau

Albert Comeau

SVP Director of Investor Services


Al is a key member of the Castlebridge Residential Development team, specializing in raising and managing investors' equity and communicating with them before, during, and after projects are completed. He also plays a crucial role in vetting and selecting A&D financing (Banks and Lenders) for all projects in the company pipeline that will become active developments.


Al brings a wealth of experience to the table, having served as the Managing Member of CAM Ventures LLC since 2015. CAM Ventures LLC is a management company for private equity funds offered to accredited investors. Under Al's leadership, CAM Ventures LLC has raised capital in a series of existing multi-family joint ventures in the Southeast US with Cortland, which owns and operates over 55,000 apartments in the US and Europe. CAM also manages capital in Bryan's Cove Investors LLC, Creekside Commons Developers LLC, LP Fund I LLC, Bryan's Cove Investors II, LLC, Harper's Glen Investors, LLC & GP Fund I & II, LLC - all residential lot developments consisting of nearly 1,600 towns / single family homes in seven Ryan Homes communities.


Al received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.

Jeremy Wethington

Jeremy Wethington 

Director of Development


As the Director of Development for multiple communities, Jeremy oversees various aspects of the land development process, including plan design and review, budgeting, contractor selection, contract negotiations, jurisdictional permitting, bonds, and day-to-day construction activities. He also plays a key role in addressing HOA-related inquiries and ensuring the long-term maintenance of the neighborhoods.


Jeremy brings over 25 years of experience in the Charlotte residential construction and real estate markets. His extensive experience working for both national and private homebuilders in construction and land development capacities provides him with a vast network of contacts, which he leverages to help Castlebridge deliver quality neighborhoods in a timely manner.


Jeremy received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. 

Elliott Graves

Elliott Graves

Land Development Project Manager


As the Land Development Project Manager, Elliott takes the lead in ensuring job sites are compliant according to local regulations, verifying and approving subcontractor work orders and schedules, troubleshooting project specifics, overseeing critical inspections, as well as providing additional blueprint support. He also serves as a liaison between current neighborhood homeowners and the project's development team.


Elliott has extensive experience as a Land Development Manager having worked directly with an industry-leading developer and home builder. Elliott's knowledge in project engineering, sales, budgets, and push products related to commercial contracting helps Castlebridge ensure our projects are successful from start to finish.


Elliott graduated from Appalachian State University in 2019 with a degree in Construction Management.
