Woodlawn Green is a 194-townhome development located in Charlotte, NC which is one of the nation’s fastest growing cities in part due to its excellent transportation system. Woodlawn Green located on ~ 9 acres is one stop away from LoSo Station, and only a 10 min ride on Lynx to downtown Charlotte, 6 min drive from CLT, and within walking distance to many restaurants, brew pubs, and fitness studios. It will be part of a mixed-use development with over 300 apartment homes. The project is expected to close in Q1 of 2021 with an expected delivery date of Q3 2021. The homes are being built by Ryan Homes and include a mix of family townhomes with prices ranging from the $300’s to mid $400’s.
